01. Introduction
1.1- These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the use of mobile mechanic services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by Quickfix Mobile Mechanics (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") to customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"). By booking and using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Service Request and Booking
2.1- To request our Services, the Customer may contact the Company via phone, website, or any other designated method.
2.2- The Company will provide a cost estimate based on the information provided by the Customer. The estimate is subject to change upon the mechanic's on-site assessment.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1- The Customer agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for the Services. The final fee may include labor, parts, and any applicable taxes.
3.2- Payment is due upon completion of the Services and may be made by cash, credit/debit card, or other payment methods accepted by the Company.
3.3- If the Customer cancels the Services after the mechanic has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply.
4. On-Site Assessment
4.1- Upon arrival, the Company's mechanic will perform a thorough assessment of the vehicle to determine the necessary repairs and provide an accurate cost estimate.
4.2- The Customer has the right to decline the estimate and choose not to proceed with the Services. However, the Customer may be charged a service fee for the mechanic's assessment
5. Repairs and Warranty
5.1- The Company will perform the agreed-upon repairs to the best of its abilities and in accordance with industry standards.
5.2- The Company provides a limited warranty for the repairs performed, which will be explained to the Customer at the time of service. Warranty terms may vary depending on the type of repair and will be stated on the invoice.
6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1- The Customer must provide accurate information about the vehicle's make, model, and issues to the best of their knowledge.
6.2- The Customer must ensure that the mechanic has access to the vehicle and necessary tools to perform the Services at the scheduled time and location.
7. Liability
7.1- The Company is not liable for any damage to the vehicle that is unrelated to the Services provided or for any pre-existing issues with the vehicle.
7.2- The Customer is responsible for removing any valuable items or personal belongings from the vehicle before the mechanic begins work.
8. Termination of Services
8.1- The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate Services if the vehicle or the repair conditions are deemed unsafe, if the Customer behaves inappropriately, or for any other valid reason
9. Privacy
9.1- The Company will collect and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Company's website.
10. Changes to Terms
10.1- The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and the updated Terms will be available on the Company's website.
